My son difficult to get up in the morning. Is he sleep less hours than others?

my daugther every night go to bed arround 9:30pm,wake up at 7:20, she 'd easy to wake up every day

,she sleep enough every day,but i gave her later to bed on sat.

When have dinner? We get home 7.00, only have 2.5 hours to have dinner and shower. How do you manage time?

I had a homemate, when she go home arround 5:00pm ,will bathing & dinner before 6:30pm,she dinner by herself ,not join with me, while i come home arround 7:00 ,i just to play with her ,so she can sleep on time

My son sleep at 10:00pm on everday and wake up at
7:20am also. For the time of bathing....just around 9:30pm ar.........

But I found that he need to take 10 hours for sleeping as better:;pppp:

Who does your son live with?

Why I ask this question is because my son is living with grandmother family, every night he doesn't want to go to sleep. Next day is sleepy. What can I do?

My son is living with me and my husband ar

It is trouble that you can't CHALLENGE grandmother on it....
