anyone can tell? My bb is 9 mth old, is it too late to apply the playgroup/ pre-kindergarten now??

not to late, my daughter is now k1 & my son is in playgroup, both in Victoria.

If u apply playgroup, min 18 mths or above. They're provide 2文3語, foreign English teacher, & 標準普通話老師.

As far as I know, not all campus have Mandarin classes. Which campus your son & daughter is studying now??
Do you know which campus is good?? I did take a short visit but still thinking....

They're studying in Belcher's campus, only this campus have IB approved.

My kid is studying in Belcher campus too and he studied in South Horizon campus before. My comment is SH campus is better than Belcher campus.

我大仔係Victoria讀緊K1 so far 都讀得幾好，每班有二位導師、一位助教其中一位導師係外藉人仕，雖然我平時同啊仔係講中文多，但係啊仔啲英文都好ok，見到外國人都唔驚，不過學費要交足12個月

，如果你唸住比個女讀最好係你想讀個區報之前參加佢哋嘅playgroup，等個女熟習咗學校嘅環境到interview嗰時無咁驚，佢地嘅playgroup每堂2hours都係1hour中國人1 hour外國人中有tea time，都ok架！聽講而家好難入呀！因為明星效應好多人都讀，所以如果你真係唸住讀就記住上playgroup做足功夫！
