US/ Canada 's Math is much easier than HK.  It's totally different worlds in terms of Math level.  Singapore's can only be more difficult than HK if not the same.

No. US/Canada Math is not easier than Hong Kong Math if you are talking about education as a whole. I think we should look at education AS A WHOLE.
By the time the students leave school at high school, they have learnt basically the same things.
US/Canada Math stress the understanding of the concept well. Teachers spend a lot of time explaining very simple ideas like multiplication, fractions, decimals, etc. They do a lot of drillings for fast calculations too, but that would only be done when the teachers are sure the children really understand the concepts.
It might be true that math under US/Canada cirriculum (or other western cirriculum like the UK or Australia) seem to be a bit behind the Hong Kong cirriculum in primary (especially lower primary) level. However, when students are in secondary school, they are catching up very fast, such that by the time they leave secondary school, they are in no way behind at all.
It depends on what you believe in.
If you believe in learning more and fastere earlier, then you will like Hong Kong math.
If you believe in spending more time on the basics at early stage, then you will like US/Canada math.
