Does any one know the chinese session in RC how many hours in a week?

Do they have chinese session from P1?
Do they teach in traditional chinese or simplified chinese?

I want my daughter in IS, but I also want her good in Chinese...

...I heard that RC is good in chinese, is it truth...

Dear Quennie,

everyday have chinese lesson around 1 hr. start from P.1 teaching by pao tong hau. Compare with other IS, I think RC is good already.

This year, the children have one 40 min class per day.
In Year 1, I think they teach mainly in cantonese with one or two putonghua lessons per week. Starting from Year 2, all Chinese classes are in putonghua though.

All Chinese lessons are conducted in Putonghua as early as in Year 1. Cantonese is not used at all as a medium of teaching.

Chinese lesson everyday plus Chinese book reading and homework everyweek.

Could you please share what sort of Chinese books RC gives Y1 students to read? Do they hand out different chinese books every week?
