How to choose? Which secondary school is better? Why?

Difficult to compare. St Paul Boy and HKUGA are DSS, while Ramondi is subsidized (no need to pay school fee).

St Paul Boy and Ramondi are Boys school while HKUGA is co-ed.

St Paul Boy and Ramondi are long established ones while HKUGA is a new secondary school.

For HKUGA, consider it only until it accepts your son/daughter.

For St Paul Boy and Ramondi, you have to decide first as both are under 1st stage election category.

Thanks for your analysis. Do you know which school has a better academic result (St. Paul Boys v Raimodni v HKUGA) and which school can provide a happier school life?

By the way, What is the difference between St Paul co-ed and St Paul Boys except one is a co-ed school and one is a boy school. It appeared that St. Paul co-ed has a much higher status.

I know kids of these 3 schools. All of them (only small sample size) enjoy school life.

For academic results, Ramondi seems sliding down gradually. St Paul Boy seems also mediocre. However, St Paul charges very high school fee (almost second or third highest). Thus it is doubtful whether it is value for money. There was once a forum discussion on the poor discipline of St Paul Boys months ago. But I have no idea of whether it is true or not.

HKUGA has no track records on their academic results. Sees earned quite good word- of-the- mouth.

It seemed that both Raimondi and St Paul Boys are not so good. How's there HKCEE exam results? Do these 2 schools get a 100% passing rate? Also, do you know anything about their related primary schools? Which one is better?
