因為來年我準備帶埋仔女回多倫多陪他們讀書,我們不會買屋
因為我只係陪他們,待他們入了大學後我便返hk,我知道入邊間中學depend住邊一區,所以我想問多些好的中學,好讓我做定功課先,因為而家個邊都不是o甘容易租到我想租區份.如果多幾個選擇就容易d.

As far as I know, Bayview Secondary School (Bayview and Maj Mac) is a very good school. It ranked 4 out of 719 in Ontario this year. It also has an IB program which is more advance and allow students to get university credits during high school.

Unionville High School is also a good one. Also ranked 4/719. It is located at Warden and Hwy7 in Markham.

well.
i think those "GOOD" schools are only full of chinese ppl.
if you really want your kids to learn english, i suggest study at arora or somewhere further, like newmarket,
indeed, there's not a big matter which high school your kids study in. its quite easy for high school student to get into Univerysity in Canada, as long as he/she wana study.
like my fds, some study in private (which i strongly not suggest, kids there are terrible, they think ppl study in public is no use and is rubbish), in terribly low rank high school, or in those we see up there. they all get in University of Toronto, York or waterloo.
actually i think school in small town are better for teenagers, they will find a better environment there.
for those high-ranked ones, i think the atmosphere are there not too gd.

多謝各位提供的資料,我會好好做下功課,我老公同我講,最好親身回加拿大睇睇各間中學的情況,老師的教學如何,(可能每間學校都有差距)其實多倫多邊到都o甘多華人,呢點我亦有晒心理準備,'好'的學校未必係成績好,要睇是否適合他們

你有親戚在scarborough住?我都有親戚在那裡住,但都不打算在該區租地方,因為孩子會讀公立中學,所以我會先選心儀的中學後才找在該區找地方租,因為很多回流港人都是住york 區(markham/richomond hill,unionville等等)如無意外我都會集中係呢幾個地方,我都會盡量找些學校的華人同西人比例50%/50%(不想90%都是華人)

我囡以前(Grade 2-6)住mississauga, 一個華人也沒有, 不過我都會給他返去讀12班, 聽講11及12班開始計入大學 credit ? 我會選有 IB 課程的 high school.
