Hi,

My son is only in P1. I just 八卦問下, how to allocate the 60 discretionary places? By their exan results only? OR like the primary school, count factors like religious/old boys, etc.? And how to allocate that 111 places for SJPS? by lucky draw?
And is it correct that SJ College will take a total of 171 Form 1 boys from SJPS?? OR only 111 ?

Sorry for so many questions. I have no idea about the secondary allocation at all.

1)60自行係中學點收都得，中學副校無講明St.
  Jo 和外校比例分配，亦唔講明收什麽banding，
  只係大家心中有數。
2)St. Jo 中學有130 攪珠位，其中111係攪珠
留畀St.Jo primary 附屬位，即係外校靠攪珠
  只有19個位，相對111留予本校都唔少。
3)問題係pri 的band 1 數目，因為校長只說band 1
係保證必入到，而111 係保證夠收band 1.
(這個當然，部份band 1 在DP stage 巳獲取錄,
所以假設即使在DP stage, 一個band 1 都唔收，
primary 的band 1 max 是111個, 但多年前也只
是去到100,近年100 都無。)

  最後10個留班位即exam 位，校長話係留畀
  St. jo pri 的.
  (From F.1 parent, 210位內，外校入St.Jo
的有40-45人)

sorry, 考完試先得間去揾吓什么他區額。
我哋有本小六概覽(灣仔區)入面共有16間本區中學
和32間他區中學。(St. Joseph 本屬中西區，其餘
港島各區都有啲)書上註明呢32間是屬上年派位的，
今年有幾多變更要等4月才出。因為111位直屬和
19位外判都係4月嘅事,到時全港P.6巳呈埋最後一次
考孝試分，就會再開家長會，再計banding,再講填
form派位的事。

Anyway,我哋用了直屬額就唔會再他區額了。
他區額理應是19公開的一部份，例如:19公開位，
其中撥3個比wanchai, 又撥3個比離島也唔定。
