如題,因為未決定倒讀边間,想註冊咗先,遲D再退出一間呢?政府有無乜野規定o架?

問過, 教育署無規定, 不過個別學校可能要求家長取消上一間學位

Yes, you can register both and make your decision at the last minute. Morally, it would be good if you can release the place(s) as early as possible. A chain of acceptance and rejection will ensue involving a few or more families and some desparate parents.

The undertaking that you have signed will be submitted to the Government so that your child's name will be taken out from the central allocation. The Government has no right to pass on the information to the 2nd DSS school. Neither does the 1st or 2nd DSS school has the right to request your withdrawal from the other school even if they have such knowledge. I don't think DSS schools will exchange information among themselves.
