I order your baby can read from 5Y in the early Oct,
we just received the products from her in Dec,
but the word games out of stock at the moment,
and she said will refund to us before X'max,
then call her many times but no reply,anybody
as same as me? I don't think to take so longer time
of the procedure for refund,
