我個女考完皇家音樂學院的鋼琴試, 但証書寄失了, 鋼琴老師問左年幾都未有結果, 我想問有咩途徑可以查

You should call HKEAA to check the position. They can help you. As I know, you may apply to re-issue a certificate but of course have to pay. It's very easy and not difficult.
