We must upgrad our english standard and start english teaching early becuase all international school in china is use english teaching and I found their standard is higher than Hong Kong.

In Singapore, my friend's daughter will go Primary school and they use english as their major subjects.  That why most of the u-grad students's qualification is higher than Hong Kong.

English envoirment is the most important and we have to speak correct tones .  There are difference tones in between American English and UK English or Hong Kong English.

TSL sys is limited their knowledges. We must buy more extra MEGA Book of tanks, motorcycles , trucks, food or human body , vocano, .....other materials for our kids at home. Nowaday, all kids become very smart and clever and they should have more extra knowledge and IT information of their school life.  Otherwise, they will feel boring in their acdamic.  Find some interesting topics and teaching in the class everyday.

At the last lesson, they can create their topics and share their opions of difference topics such as ice-age, dinosours, human behavious, weathers, physics, biology, chemistry, designs, robot..... No need to wait until secondary (only 3 years to cover all the subjects.  I remember when I was in Form One to Five, the sys is so tight and rush.  All subjects taught in english and we never learn in primary.  It is so hard and we have to catch up so quick, otherwise some students will drop out at Form 3.  Poor of them should be find a job or be a saleman or waiter....

In centry 21 Hong Kong, the education system has a big problem .  Can you see?

I cannot see a big problem in the Hong Kong education system. I can only see a huge problem in the English you wrote.

For examples, (just taking a few of the typical errors)
(1) "upgrade" instead of "upgrad"
(2) "all international schools in China XiXs use English in daily teaching "
(3) "found ... is" do not agree in tenses. It should be "find... is" or "found...was"
(4) "they will feel bored". Typical Hong Kong error of confusing bored with boring.
(5) "academic work.
(6) "21st century"

In Singapore, .... That why most of the u-grad students's qualification is higher than Hong Kong.

There is no evidence for that at all.

we have to speak correct tones .

Is George W Bush speaking in the incorrect tone? How about Bill Gates?

Please improve (we do not use upgrade in such a case) your own English before you complain about the standard of English of pupils in the Hong Kong education system.

Guys,

Pls accept my typing mistakes.  I am not attact you, guys?
Why do you so care of minner mistakes?

I just want to know how worst of our local engl standard.

It is so different between primary schools.  Although they are improving now but not good enough.

I am having local edu too so my eng is not well too.
Pls kindly accept my appologies and accept my opions.

I am not pointing to you, pls dont point to me only.

Face the fact!

Do you know why there are so many students attend the tutoring centers?  why do we still need to spend money for eng learning?  why the average of passing rate is not 100%?

We hope to see they all got 100% eng passed in O level.
Not 50/50 or 15/16....

Go to view or study more edu sys all over the world.
We are not living in HK only.  Dont be a frog in the well.
