maybe you can try the centre i go to, but itin causeway bay, the centre handles a lot of 2 to 6 year old children. and the teachers handle my child very well. Even my friend, her child is 2 and used to always cry when she has to leave her mum. She ended up saying goodbye and running into the classroom to the teacher at her second lesson. The place is an english education centre with very friendly and fun teachers. if you are interested I can PM you

Your case I heard before. 10 children to 1 teacher. The ratio is too large compare with the fee.
