小女十一月三日考五級小提琴, 尋日收到啦, 134 分, "叮"到啦......

連埋之前九月尾五級鋼琴 136 分, 今年目標超額完成....yeah....亞女終於可以抖下, 希望可以於六年級前考埋八級....

我剛打回琴行都收到喇,我囡囡都有122分呀!好彩合格啫,佢係11月7日考3級都係第1次考.

Hi AndyRain,
It depends on the age and how long he has learnt the instrument. I remeber your son took G.4 piano, right? Also, you have to analyse the distribution of the scores so as to understand his weaknesses and work harder on that part next time. Anyways, 114 though not a merit, but a promising pass. Congratulations! Work hard on the theory!!

There's no precise answer to ok or not. It depends on the effort you put in and also you and your teacher's standard. If you think your kid has done well and tried his best, then you should appreciate the result. It's encouraging to get a merit for the first exam. Read through the examiner's comments and do better in the areas that need improvements.

Tks for your valuable comment.  佢學左琴3年, 由第2年開始prepare呢個3級琴試.  但係頭4個月都係.........發夢的, 直至到今年4月miss邀請我介入, 他的進度先至叫做會郁下!!!

佢每一部份都pass, 最低分係........唱歌及sight reading, 佢唱歌就不嬲都.............五音不全的, pass都叫做...好彩(佢miss都話佢居然pass, 哈哈).  sight reading不嬲佢都係好弱的.  黎緊呢2年都唔打算考琴試了, 因為真係好side時間, 我prefer佢學多d歌仔.

你又提起我d傷心事啦.........樂理考試.  我都在逃避緊, 因為我唔想諗.

11月10號考,收到啦.雖然得一百一十幾分,不過合格已ok啦...我要等老師解番張成績表俾我知.而家佢好努力咁彈廸廸尼d歌,因為一考完試我就買左本有幾十首廸廸尼音樂既書俾佢彈啦....吾洗咁大壓力,老師話5級先再考啦.佢既進度,真係分分鐘要中一,二先報考啦.....

逃避 is not the right way. You have to face it! If you leave it for too long, all that your kid has previously learnt = zero
