請問各位,

點解MTR Station 前面係要加"an", 而不是"a" or "the" 呢??

It's because the sound of "M" in "MTR" starts with the sound of "e" (similar to "em").
Whenever the sound of the word starts with the sound of a,e,i,o,u will use "an" instead of "a".

The case is just similar to "an hour".

Therefore, a KCR train, but an MTR train.
