That is a good ps, they have creative and free thinking attitude for the childern. But the school fee is higher than the other school . Primary school fee -around $ 4000. High fee around $ 5000-6000.
The location of high school is in TKO, not in KLT.
But both have school bus for the childern. The high school bus is starting at Price Award( the only place)

Yet I saw some P6 student during the interview. They are very presentable.

My girl is studying in K3 of the CPS kindergarten.
I recognize CPS’s teaching method where to put much effort on the child’s creativity and critical thinking methodology. Child will no more be a “feeder” as in traditional school. As the school has been established for over 20 years, they have a good track record of academic results. Also, the school puts efforts on adapting the latest teaching methods with consistent review.
I have applied for other private and DSS schools for my girl, but most probably I will land with CPS. Their school fee is $66,000 pa in 2008.

啟思小學是很好的學校，真的如其校名，尤其重視啟發學生的思維。
不過要留意的是，啟思小學的畢業學生不容易適應到傳統的中學，或者要花很多時間重新適應，因為學習方法很不同。我朋友個子讀啟思小學，能力不俗，但升中學轉回津貼英中，花了不少時間去適應。因此，入啟思小學時宜一併考慮升中安排。

我剩係知道小朋友在兩間學校都會讀得很開心，而蔡繼有校舍在重建後會較啟思大，其他情況真係要請其他媽咪上來分享了！我都想知點揀好？

CP 教本地/生本課程，滲入IB 課程，教學法：活動式、brain-based法，比傳統sch.有多些英文堂,有1幾個LET d NET Eng. teachers,學生不必升國際school, 多升本地中學。
CKY: 全IB 課程, 30幾個NET, 預左不升回傳統本地中學。其他方面冇咩認識！

Hi leesasa, do you have any ideas about the textbooks they use in P.1, for example, in English subject? Do they use textbooks of local publishers or they make they own materials? I like the school because the impression was good, but I am not familiar with the teaching style. Do share. Thank you

CP make their own materials. Teachers use big book method to teach Eng. and the students will get a set of printout of what they have learnt. Besides, they will have a little book of EX(校本) to do at home and hand it back once a month. That's what I knew after the INT. Textbooks ? No ideas.
