Anyone notice that Singapore Internation School has increased their school fees a lot this year, even more expensive than ESF.

The following is the new school fees of SIS.

Preparatory HK$66500
Primary HK$80500
Secondary HK$92000

ESF Schools

Primary: HK$54300
Secondary: HK$85000

My aim was SIS before, but it seems I might change to ESF.

Any parents wanna share about this issue?

The school fee of SIS is among the cheapest in international schools.

You cannot make any comparsion with ESF schools because they received subsidies from the government. The subsidy is a legacy left behind by the British colonial government.

Even though some DSS schools such as Stephen's College in Stanley, their school fees are about $50,000 (excluding $32,000 subsidy) from the government.

SIS has no government subsidy at all.

those without substidy:
st.s tephen-5200/m
viactoria- 6700/m
creative - around 6000/m?
RC- around 6500/m?

those with subsidy actually collected more:
co-ed 4800+2700=7500/m,
st.paul boy=3000+2700=5700,
