I now working out to establish a playgroup for kids 0-6 yr, target location will be at Kln East, any good place to introduce ? Have tried may buildings and called the agents, but so far, the feedback is not quite good.

any referall or suggestion on the location.

have checked many agents, no much buildings could allow to open playgroup at commercial bldg
