Hi everybody,
I have applied for a N 1 place in Boxhill
only but I've heard from some moms
that my daughter may not be admitted
to N 1 Boxhill as I live in Tai Wai.
Is it the case that the school perfers kids living in Ma On Shan rather than other
district?
Are there any Boxhill kids who live in Tai Wan like me.
A worried mom

I have also applied for Think
International and HK pre-school (Royal

I really wonder if the kindergarten in Ma On Shan will admit my daughter?

I wanna know if Boxhill will admit or reject a student by where they live. Does it really matter? I mean, there's school bus or the parent / helper can bring their kids to school.
By the way, are there AM / PM sessions in Kindergarten 1? What's the school hour too?
Thanks for sharing.

thanks mabelku for your reply.
i've already applied for admission to K1 for my boy. however, i was not asked to choose whether AM or PM session on the application form. how does it work? just like ESF to allocate kids to AM and PM sessions by random?
Thanks again.

I live in Tai Wai, my son study in Boxhill N1 now
Boxhill had a school bus go to Tai Wai as I know, their school supervisor Miss Lee are very nice. I dun think they will reject child because their address except they think it really too far from the school, I take my boy to school by myself everyday, and only 15 mins to 20 mins needed from my home to Boxhill. The car-park in the Vista Paradiso had 30 mins free parking if you tell them you go to Boxhill :)

charlottg,
I live in Tai Wai and my neighbour's daughter goes to Boxhill nursery. I have also seen a few other Boxhill kids around the residential estate and so I don't think you need to worry.

Actually my kid N1 interview was by the priniciple and I strongly request for AM class as I said that my maid can send my elder daughter to RC and younger sister at Boxhill at the same time as last year both school is start 9:00 a.m.
That will be very convience for my maid.
