My son told me that he had to give $8 to Miss Lee for buying those birthday photos. He is one of the birthday boy in the Oct party.

I asked my son whether they have do some writing at class. He told me that they already draw and connect dotted lines.

nevermind la. Thx for your response. I really want to chat with other moms but feel that all the other classes have their own group.

Anyway, have you bought the birthday party photos? My son brought them back but there is no group photo among all those brithday kids.

想問下老師係叫小朋友同家長講帶錢回校買相or 會寫在手冊通知? 因為我地班好似重未有聲氣有得買相...我想知係會乜形式通知家長架? Thanks.

My son did not tell me by himself, I just asked him if his classteacher asked them to bring anything to school, then all of a suddern, he remerbered that he has to bring $8.

I think that's the practice of Kentville, the teachers will give a few days to see if the kids could rememeber to bring back what is needed. But ended up if the kids forget, the teacher will post a note in their handbook to remind the parents.

By the way, when i brought my son to school yesterday (Fri), I'm a bit late and I saw Ms. Lee and Ms. Man asked them to line up in two lines. Then at nite I asked my son what had they do, he told me that they went to the music room.

No new book was given to them yesterday. I asked my son what did they do, he said 做 paper. I guess they're doing assessment/quiz.

My daughter seldom talk about what happen in the classroom. I just know from the school notice that they have to read the story books...

Still no new text book distributed yet. My son told me he learnt 鳥 & 魚.

And he sang the following song:
