我地打算下年5月到回流返toronto,3月返去買apartment.. probably Alton tower..
我想問如果$200000CAN..我至少要比幾多首期, 每月要供幾多到??
重有.我地頭幾個月5打算work住。無工作,但係我地會放$3﹣40萬係bank..重可5可以做按揭?做到幾多成到?? d interest 點計?

Hi, my family also planning for a return next summer. My husband said Alton tower have been here for quite some time... if you can afford to buy an apartment for CAD$200K, why not buy a house instead?

Hi, I'm also a returning resident of Toronto. I'm always thinking about returning back to Toronto because of bigger house, better education system and cleaner air. My two sons are attending primary school now.
However, CAN $ has reached a record high. Property price at Toronto has also surged. Don't know when my dream can come true.
Do you know how much is about a house (semi-detached is fine) which is 1600+sq. feet, probably with three or four bedrooms in Markham or Richmond Hill?

The brand new/>2 years in Markham/Richmond hill is
cad$360,000-400,00;mostly will be very north at Richmond Hill and far east of Markham. House price is crazy in here and will going up in the coming year!
