is even pattern or odd pattern. pls help

If the question requires us to choose either even pattern or odd pattern, I will choose "even pattern".

My assumption:
Even pattern = regular pattern
As the number line is a single multiples of 3, the pattern is regular to me
Odd Pattern = special or irregular pattern. That means, we are unable to predict what no. come next.

Need comment from others as well.

It is call "multiple number of 3". My son learned at K3.

"multiple" already means 倍數，you don't have call it "multiple number"
