Then I did contact her before la. But she said it is determined by doctor not me wor

is your social worker in 沙田尤德評估中心姓徐姑娘, she is very unhelpful in my case, i have same situation, finally, i ask her the doctor name, i call doctor myself then the doctor agree me to change.
