每一年dgjs都係唯一一間話唔收portfolio既~~但佢亦寫住最多5頁係夾埋form一齊交既~~

only submit 5 pages, incl. birth of cert. + aprove of home address + application form + school report.
Any doc. u will suggest incl. to submit

There is no difference to use the download form or the pink form.5 pages only the front side not incl the back (not 5 sheets),do you know what I mean? (Mrs Dai only will see the front side)
You can hand in:
1. application form
2. Birth cert copy
3. latest school report
4. 地址明
5.洗禮cert
6. 5 pages document
7. 2 self address envelope with stamp

Regarding the baptism certificate, does it mean the cert of the girl or the cert of the parents? If not baptised by 聖公會, will there be any use to submit the cert?

yes, no folder is required since during the submission, they will put the application form, documents and the extra 5 pages all together in a 公民袋. If you use a folder, they will return it back to you.

I will have 2 pages of letter, 2 pages of list of extra-curricular activities, + 1 page of reference letter from kindergarten.

No awards or certificates.

people said that for P1 2006/2007, for those born in Dec, they were born in 2000 Dec but not 2001 Dec!!!!!!!!

I obtained the "pink" application form at DGS in person on Sept 11 (9:30 am). I filled-in the form & submitted on-the spot. Staffs are very straight regarding the 5 pages additional information. They really take it out if it's more than five pages and they advised me not to sumbit double side copy since their Principal will ignor it. So, if you really want to enroll your littel girl in this school, you better follow the game rule.

For interview, they told me every applicant has the chance for interview. So, don't worry.
