I want to know when the application starts too! Can any CCKG mum tell if we should prepare a "profile" for application?

You can call the kinder directly, there's voice message telling you the date & time to get the application form. As I remember, they only distribute limited forms in 2 hours' time (e.g. 9am-11am) so you must arrive before 9am. Then you must hand in the form in particular order & in particular date & time. No need to prepare portfolio. You just need to bring the handbook when you go to interview. The headmaster will interview the child individually. Therefore the most important thing is your child is willing to go into the room with her and answer the quetions in English.

Application forms for KG.2, Sept. 2008, will be available from CCKG on Monday, November 5, 2007 between 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

You may refer to CCKG's official website:

No profile will be required by the kindergarten.

Usually how early should I queue to ensure that I will definitely get the forms ? Need to queue overnight ?

9:00 前到 or 8時鬆D 到就得架拉. 我三次都8點幾到都攞到Form. 一定有人未天光到, 不過我覺得好無謂, 又唔一定實收.

學校預定之時間(好似11:00, 你check 佢地個website)前到就得, 大把Form, 有D人怕填錯, 買幾份Form, 好似是$20~30一份.我的經驗, 唔洗甘早到. 校長派form個日(不知是否年年都系, 我就三年都見到佢出來)都會8點幾9點走出來由龍頭行到龍尾同D家長打招呼, 男仔同女仔系唔同一條隊架, 你到學校時先到大門口Check 一Check.
