I can't find your kids this morning, but sure that they are not sitting the same table as my son...
Today, only 1 boy cried in the class, all students seems settle down and they are quite enjoy the table toys.:
One more question, did Miss Wong having orientation talk on 30/8?? I reached earlier on that date, no orientation at all. I just got the school bags and then Miss Wong said that's all and can leave ...
Is that the same cases on your session? Or I missed something

Hi mwkcheung,
My session was 11:30am on 30/8. Miss Chan and Miss Leung are the teachers of our class and Miss Chan gave a 10-minutes briefing kindly. But, all the things mentioned in the briefing session are listed in the Notices which are filed in a blue folder. Do you get it? After the briefing, each parent has talked to Miss Chan individually (around 3 minutes) and then got the school bag and left.
Who is Miss Wong? My girl only tells me there is a Miss Chan. On 30/8, Miss Chan says she and Miss Leung are the responsible teachers of K1F. If you have any queries, you can call me today.

Miss Chan said the school sent 5-6 more teachers on the first school day as too many students were crying on that date 
. Besides, Miss Chan mentioned that the grouping will be happend in Oct and will have 3 groups in their class.
My boy just come back from school, very happy. He said they fed the fish today and have slid on the "backyard", he said yesterday one are too "hot" and cannot play ! He said they played tree house and watched the aeroplain TV (again??)... Are you aware of the tree house?

hehehe....Your son is so smart to report you.
I'm also ask my daughter who is her groupmate. She answered there is no group and don't know the name of classmate who is sitting in the same table. I am not aware there is any treehouse. My girl likes tent so much. She must very happy today.
I just think that it's good if there is one more teacher (Miss Wong) for 31 students.

My session was 8:30AM on 30/8, my situation was same as easybring. After take the school bag and sport uniform, we left the school. I didn't join any orientation class. Where did you heard there was an orientation class held on 30/8?
Wah! Play in tree house. Sounds great. That must be fun. I'll back to home and ask my son how is his school life today.

After reading Easybring msgs, and asked him again... then the same ans, bring towel, teabox, handbook and homework wor! He also mentioned not to bring pants and clothes, because it will lose? So no extra pants?

My son also told me that they learnt the '大' word and the first text book.
All 1C moms,
My son told me that they sang 打開雪櫃 during the music class. Ms. Man played the piano. Sometimes Ms. Man would play some melody then they have to stand up and sit down. It sounds fun.
He also told me that a classmate yawned loudly, he showed me 好盡情打喊路個樣 and Ms. Lee taught them to use their hand to cover their mouth, if not, it is 無礼貌

頭先同囝囝傾電話, 佢叫我唔好收線話要拎o的o野俾我睇, 跟住放低電話走咗去, 過咗一陣佢再拎起電話話Miss Chan派咗本story book俾佢, 鬼死咁開心話叫我睇! 佢當我有透視眼, 正一傻豬!
聽到有些家長話老師巳教咗第一週嘅生字, 於是上星期日同佢溫第一週教嘅生字咭, 感覺上老師好似未教! 因為個'大'字後面係1大1小apple, 俾佢睇幅圖時問佢係咩字, 佢答'apple' 而唔係答'大', 俾'手'&'腳'幅圖時問佢佢識答'手手' & '腳腳', 但只俾中文字佢睇時佢就亂咁答, 你o地知唔知其實教咗未? 因之前聽班主任講如果巳教咗嘅生字係會有一張工作字派番同時會有一個'學會了'嘅印! 但我到現時都冇收過.

我時常聽到其他家長話老師會派食物俾小朋友, 我只係第一日見過佢有拎老師派嘅紫菜返屋企, 其餘聽你o地講老師派嘅食物我都冇見過, 有時都懷疑老師有派俾佢, 不過佢9秒9 食咗? 定係老師根本唔係個個都派?
而sticker, 我so far見囝囝拎個2個, 1個係叮噹, 1個係melody. 你o地o的小朋友呢?

中文字, 真係唔知有冇教. 因為囡囡pn時都有學過下, 又唔係好熟既, 但識識地. 其實, 我唔打算理佢地進度, 由得老師教佢. 好似只有第一日派小食, 好似有幾日有貼紙(係disney d公主, 9成亞囡自己簡 ). 小食/貼紙對都唔重要, 最重要見個囡返得好開心, 都唔多問佢學左咩, 唔想畀壓力佢, 讀得開心就得啦.
for your info, 17/9開始教week 1果 3個中文字.

我相信應該教了（不過可能老師只係試下，未正式教都有可能 ），因為囝囝返KV前我們一直全英語和他溝通，playgroup也是英文的，我們亦重來沒有教過他中文字，所以我相信他是從KV學的。
不過我贊成easybring所講，唔打算理佢地進度，我對KV好有信心

Thanks for the sharing.
My son didn't say much to me when I asked him what
did he do in KV. He told his elder sister that he fed some
fishes at school and said that the names of the fishes
are "Siu Ngai", "Bei Bei" and he likes the yellow fish most.
He sang "London Bridge is falling down" yesterday.
When he saw word 大 in the book given by the teacher,
he can read it correctly, but when I asked him the word "小" on the opposite page. He just said Left / Right.
Miss Wong may have taught them Left/Right hand/leg.
He always mentioned this in these two days.
I think he's happy at school, he got some stickers (Tigger,
Buzz the light, Winnie the pooh) and he likes those
cartoon characters.
I asked him if he talked to other kids in school bus, he said
it's not good to talk as it'll disturb the driver. I think he's
told by the teacher.

琴日亞囡掛住玩, 冇午睡, 6點自己走去訓, 冇食晚飯. 今朝畀多少少飽佢食, 又驚佢暈車浪會嘔, 所以冒雨帶佢返學, 第一次見到佢既位. 原來係最後果張table背住黑板坐. 自己帶返學亞囡同我都好開心呀!:loveliness:
