據悉政府為了正視融合教育在主流學校中，出現了人力資源不足的問題，準備撥款為教師開培訓班。真有此事？

I also heard that news that Education Bureau planned to train the teachers in handling special educational need (SEN) students. But, I don't think Education Bureau is doing sufficient for SEN students.

The problems are:
1. The most of the teachers have been heavily overloaded.

2. The training course for the teachers is only limited to class-room learning without clinical practice.

3. Lack of manpower in the school with integrated education strategy - I heard that, a teacher in a government primary school has to handle 14 SEN students (who include autism, hyperactive/attention deficit, MR and physical impairement). It's totally a mission impossible. Not fair to both the teacher and SEN students.
