Hi, GG9190,

I don't know what any other qualification you are expect for the private Mandarin tutor. Because I know a mom, she came from Beijing. She has university degree(but not ta teaching area). She teaches her daughter Mandarin at home. Her daughter goes to one of ESF schools now. I don't know if it count as "教國際學校小學生之經驗".

If you are interested it, you may let me know. She lives in Shatin, not far from New Town Plaza.
