聽人講係練習唱歌前需要warm up，係唔係真架？另外warm up要點做？

my son always tell me he has to do some warm up exam before the choir practice...is it true?

當然要啦,你講既warm up,我地叫做開聲.即使正式開始練歌前,會唱音階,其中一個好常唱既係do mi so do' so mi do,由中音唱起,向上同向下咁唱,唱開把聲,先至正式練歌.唱過合唱團既人一定有咁既經驗.
