I called the school and they said they have no one gave up seats. That's not possible though. Anyone has given up the space here? Thanks!

On Aug 1,St. CAT has already called up the parents. This year the number of students who gave up was so little. I can say, less than 10. They relocated the students from PM to AM class 1st and the PM seats released to the waiting list people

They have a standard answer for the phone inquiries that "there's noone give up the seats this year", they want the parents not to have so much hope for them.
