其實系要自己佩合, 個小朋友先會有明顯的進步.
但都有用的.
我會甘想, 去英文班系比一個英語時間佢去經驗.

I also consider letting my kid to take K1 course, but afraid it is too far away. Can you tell us more about the k1 course? Thanks.

Dear Pajebaby,

You may want to have a look from their website. My son is going to join the K1 class this September! Their classesare quite full. Existing students can register earlier than new joiner.

I think they are charging is not too expenses - HKD3600-3900 for 27 (or 29) hours. It more or less HKD130-150 per hour. But you can't pay the fee monthly!

The main advantage there is all the teachers I believe are qualified to teach ESL (english as a Second Language).

Hello Ssaang, my daugter is also joining the K1 class in september.  She will be on Tue afternoon class.  How about your son?

I think British Council price is reasonable, facilities are nice, and the way of teaching is more on child's exploration - learn through play.  Don't expect they will teach how to write A-Z or phonics, they will just learn English through art & craft, story-reading e.t.c.

And I've got a topic outline for 06 class as well:

Semester 1:

Colours and Shapes
Zoo Animals

Semester 2:
Trasnport
Nursery Rhymes

Seems quite "easy", as my daughter has learnt all the stuff from nursery already.  But I just want her to be happy, instead of a poker face in English learning.

The kid is learning in class through playing, story time,
songs, simple crafts and TV time at last. Just like in kindergarten but using English.

Thanks for your message! My daughter has study ABC, colour and shape in N1 class, so I expect that she knows the other things instead. Do you think K2 is okay or not?
