2. no. but it will not release the money to the seller until U confirm the receipt of the goods
3. different from seller, U should ask the seller before placeing the order
4. U pay, it hold the money, seller release the goods, U receive the good, U confirm payment, it release money to seller

支付寶就好可靠啦。假如妳收到貨物晤滿意，退貨便可，所付貨款可以退回。
從上海及廣州、深圳的賣主購買較抵，因爲快遞公司的費用較平。其他城市大多貴不少。
