我有一支教育出版社既i-pen.但係裝吾到入電腦,請問有無人用過,要吾要driver架?

I encountered the same problem. I went to Oregon Scientific (as mentioned in the guarantee) with the book and CD and they download it to the pen for me. The staff said there is some problem with the set up of the program and once they download it for me with their computer, I can download other books to the pen myself in the future. It doesn't seem any driver is required when they do it with their computer. Hope it helps.
