I'd like my child to study ESF primary, which kindergarten is better, any ideas?

I'll do so, ESF kinder is 1st priority but it's keen to enter. My child is now 15 mths & I'd like to let him studying pre-school at either Anfield / Kingston.

oic. Anfield has no / just very little Chinese and Kingston has mandarin and English 50/50.

I think this is the main issue that you need to concern. If I were you, I would choose Kingston because your child still have another choice, like RC etc.

Why don't you try the playgroup firstly? Your kid is still small and you have plenty of time to observe both kindies.
The graduates of Anfield can enter pretty good primary schools, including ESF schools. The result is printed on the year book. (May be I could fax the pages to you tomorrow) But the most important thing is, pls make your own observation to the kindies.
Get enrollment to the playgroup on weekdays or saturday!!
Besides, would school fee/transportation/campus be a concern?

Yes, I'll try the playgroup after this summer (1yr6mth).

We've been Anfield on their open day, my husband likes it more than TT & 學之園. & so far, comments fr BK for Anfield is good. I'll visit Kingston on their open day in Oct/Nov. It seems nice too through their website, but I didn't get much comment for it.

Anfield's teachers are nice, even the principal and supervisor. The supervisor is young and her son studies there too! In this summer camp, there are two teachers plus the supervisor in my son's class. And everytime when I call the teacher, she is ready and patient to talk with me.

I just wonder why your son's summer camp have 2 teachers and 1 supervisor? My son's playgroup in summer camp has only Teacher Justin and a Mandarin teacher appears to teach Mandarin for 15 minutes!

Your class is playgroup---teacher Justin plus all the parents/helpers of each kid.

My son's class is "English Summer Superstar"---no more parents/helpers. So the ratio is 2:15. Besides, from the first day, the supervisor (young lady who says prayer during assembly) came and gave help in the classroom.

This program is sort of preparation for k1.
Really exciting!!

Oh, I see. I think I will be really worried and excited when my baby is old enough to attend English Summer Superstar. My baby must cry a lot during the class!

The supestar program is excellent!! Not a kid is crying anymore after 2 weeks!!!
Anfield is really a nice place for the kids. Treasure the moment to communicate with teachers, classmates and other parents.

That's why the program is called Superstar as all the kids in the class will become independent Superstars after 2 weeks!!
