The tuition fee of ICS-Kindergarten is $41,650 per annum. No other fee is needed. Of course, no need to have your income proof. For details, you may visit ICS website http://www.ics.edu.hk.

If your kid can fully communicate with others in English, I think that the kid can pass the admission test.
