A friend also recommends this to me. She said it's very good.

However, I didn't join as it's a bit too far away for me.

My son joined when he was young, and was taught by Catherine. She was really good. Excellent program. But recently I heard that it is getting too commercialized.

If you join, you should try to go to the classes at the "headquarters" in Central. I heard Catherine is still teaching there.

I found it quite boring when I brought him there when he was 1 year old. I saw him yawning all the time in 45 mins! But maybe he was too young for that, I don't know. But he likes to go to my musicbox.

I will go there this Sat for a trial class. I've never been to any other schools. Can you tell me how you judge the program is good or not? Thank you for your comments.

If your child is old enough to respond, ask how he/she feels after the trial class, i.e. what was the best part, worst part. If he is too young to express himself, check if he remembers the tunes and songs, and see if he smiles or laughs during class. Most times, the child will feel the parent's mood. So if you accompany him and you look bored, the feeling may transfer to him.

Different children react differently to even the best programs. My son really enjoyed the classes (he attended for 3 years), and just kept on singing the songs at home during the week. Other children might not like the program at all.
