Is it the "bridging course" for students entering K1 ? That's a nice prep for kids starting kindie in a new environment.

Yes it is a good chance for new kids to settle into the new enviornment.
I will apply 1 week's Ocean alive course + 1week's drama course + 1week's whole day course(morning english class~ afternoon sports)

Great way to help the children get familiarized with the environment so that they feel less nervous going there by themselves when school really starts. You can also help remind the child about the routine for going to the bathroom too (line up, wait their turn, going to the the toilet, flushing wash hands with soap, dry with paper towel, throw garbage), although I am sure the teacher will teach them when school starts.

Good opportunity to meet other parents to set up future play dates for the kids as well.

The teacher at ESF kinder will not TEACH the toilet routine. In fact they expect the kids can handle themselves when the school starts The kids at ESF can go to toilet anytime by themselves
Of course there is auntie there to help but you better train your kid to do this on his/her own. Even your kid "poo poo", unlike local school where auntie would help to clean, he/she has to clean all by himself/herself

Yes I agree with you, though my child is going to move onto k2 in ESF kinder this August, she loves her school and is willing to go to school everyday. My purpose is to provide a continuous English medium study environment in summer holiday and to prepare well for the upcoming primary interview
