Applications for PY Section for the next academic year (AY2014/15) has closed except for Singaporeans who are relocating to Hong Kong.

I am going to apply PY1 15/16 for my girl. May I know if there's really priority for Singaporeans? I heard from a friend that this year, there were cases where even Singaporeans are rejected? Is the portfolio /results regarding what she learns in PN important? Also is it more advantage if she attends eng/pth school?
