響呢度見到好多人經佢訂了小小科學家、 Young Scientists、 Smart Mathematicians 等兒童雜誌而中伏, 當中主要係遲遲收唔到書、打畀佢畀佢惡言相向等等, 請大家報到, 希望可以集體投訴以獲得更大成效。請大家講下訂咗咩雜誌、有咩問題、遲了幾多、所涉金額等等。

我自己先黎講下:

雜誌名: Young Scientists (2 levels)、Smart Math
所訂年期/期數: 1年
問題: 遲2-3個月、打去就 cut 人線、又話自己好忙, 唔得閒理你、係遲架啦, 人人都要等, 仲有訂的時候以為係訂新雜誌, 點知原來 Smart Math 係畀過期雜誌我!  明明話寄屋企, 無啦啦又打黎話要寄去順豐站叫我去拎。
所涉金額 : 約 $1500

Young Scientists Level 4. Bought 1 year subscription at Book Fair at HK Convention and Exhibition Centre. Picked up V21-27 in one parcel at SF in September. Since then, only received V28 afterwards with numerous phone calls and emails chasing. Whenever I called, either no one picked up the phone, or got brushed off reply such as it'll be sent out next week... but then of course the magazine was nowhere in sight the following week and then I called again and the process repeats itself. They always told me it'll be sent out in the coming few days but all those turned out to be lies!
It is such a shame cause both my child and I really like the magazine! Does Young Scientists have another distributor in HK?

They do. There's another distributor called "Step-XXX". Not sure if anyone has bad experience with this one.
I guess if we call Nu XXXXXXX individually, they will keep ignoring us as they have been running under this business model for years.  We should collectively file our complaints to the HK Consumer Council and HK Customs, as well as the Singapore publisher.

喺新加坡買哂2016全年既Young Scientists (2 levels)加Smart Math都唔駛100蚊星紙，即係唔駛港幣550蚊。

唉, 我直接問過新加坡, 佢地唔直寄香港。講真, 如果我係想買過期雜誌, (佢遲最少幾個月), 根本就唔係呢個價囉。

問過消委會及海關, 佢地建議大家分開個別去投訴, 因為佢地要同當事人查證。
大家可以 copy 以上的幾個項目, 填返資料, 及提供你地自己全名及聯絡方法, send 去post #1 的電郵, 佢地就會做野。應該愈多人投訴, 佢地會快D 做野, 及正視問題的嚴重性。

大家一齊 send 投訴信去消委會, 希望佢地正視問題。如果多投訴, 佢地可能會開名, 希望唔好有人再中招。

我直接向新加坡嗰邊投訴過，佢話香港得呢個代理，不過後來在書展見過另一供應商也有YS賣，亦可同佢訂書。

有，以下是代家人舉報，有個自稱老闆回覆我家人，佢亦親口有其他人追緊佢！家人都會聯絡消委會！

雜誌名: 小小科學家
所訂年期/期數: 10期，欠6期
問題: 17年11月訂，話12月中速遞，1月頭打去話1月中，1月中之後再追兩次先話2月尾，但又話我訂既level無，要別的，退錢又話要書面申請一個月先有得退，態度係話我勁煩，叫我唔好浪費光陰追呢d小事！！！！

本人也是受害者, 我於2017年12月在冬日美食節訂購, 付$499, 當時俾咗2本過期雜誌作贈品, 話2018年1月尾會寄書. 等到2月頭冇消息, 我去電查詢又話因為船期延後等多幾日. 到過農曆新前有人來電通知同事忘記跟進12份訂單, 佢哋會排農曆年假後以順豐速遞送雜誌, 一樣無影無踪. 我今日再打電話再查問, 員工態度差叫我留下電話等佢跟進後再回覆. 算吧! 這間公司做生意手法太差, 欺騙顧客. 我雖然只係 所涉金額 : (HK$)499, 但心想"有冇搞錯!!!"
