好難想像幾乎全級同學全部一齊入晒U.....

其實鄧顯上年都係所有合符3322既學生, 都100%攞到JUPAS學位, 上年全校仲要只有一個不符合3322資格

98年亞洲金融風暴，99年樓價比97年跌左兩成幾，03年前沙士踩多腳，再跌多兩三成，合共比97跌5至6成。如果係負資產，真係想生多件都要諗諗呀

我有個朋友的女兒在98年出，今年升讀nursing.。她就是97買樓變成負資產，經濟壓力大到抖唔到氣，所以只生一個。

可能未來呢幾年，升大嘅競爭應該會少好多

好快30－40%入到UGC八大學位，唔駛33222都可以入到大學了。對家長來說是喜事，但要好出盡洪荒之力，才可以畢業。

等於band1尾大抽獎入1A校，老師教死、学生讀死……悲劇收場，何喜之有？

我係assume 到時只有極少數畢唔到業，因為professor 都有measurements, 如果年年有好多學生要留班、補考甚至畢唔到業，你估佢地會點做？
