I don't support the boycott of classes as secondary school students are still too young and they may not have the adequate knowledge about the issue. Furthermore, many are still immature. They should not get involved in politics. On top of that, I am afraid that they may be made use of as political tools for some people's political interest! In addition, I am not sure whether this boycott action may ultimately bring positive effects to the students. But one thing is quite possible, that is, this boycott action may disrupt students' normal learning activities and progress.
So, for the good of the students, I don't support the boycott of classes! As adults, we have the responsibility to protect our young students who can be easily be made use of for some people's political motives. |
