Talking about secondary school performances, seems that both schools provide very limited information about their public exam results in the lastest school reports (secondary school) ..... any idea where we can get those information in a more comprehensive manner?
From the limited info, the university entrance % in 2012-2013 is similar too - SPC has nearly 50% going to local degree program (both UGC and self-funded) where as WY has 55%. SPC has more than 25% going overseas after F6 while WY has 21%

One sad thing is if you look at the DSE data of most boys school in HK, the results of the majority of the boys' school are dropping and they are not as good as the co-ed and girls' schools (compared with the old HKCEE and HKALE time). I am not sure if it is because the DSE focuses more on languages or not .
If I were you, I would choose a school that fits your own beliefs / religion. To me, I vote for WY as I buy its culture and values and it is free of charge for its primary . And PUWYP is well-known for its encouraging, positive and happy school life.
Both are good schools anyway :)
