我諗冇人答倒妳(即使ESF都冇法估計下年which catchment zone有幾多人報。)
妳係Hong Kong Island已經好有優勢啦!
或者有其他高人有高見。
如果我係妳我會用番自己真正住址；起碼收左唔使煩校車。

係我太早擔心
我見今年報紙寫esf破紀錄多人報..

我想大部份報is既家長同我既想法都係差唔多既
成日變既教育plan, 我怕了
填鴨般的教法, 我怕了
我希望我小朋友係有思想既
我唔想佢既童年成日都係為考試而讀書

I just have some thoughts.  Please correct me if I am wrong.

Does the figure quoted in ESF website i.e. 2893 children competing for 1278 year1 places include repeated applications?  It is not uncommon for parents to apply 2 or more schools such as one ESF primary and RC or DC.

Is the situation really so worse for current ESF kindy students if they have a little bit priority over others?

Agreed.  but this path is not easy either.  I am still waiting for a precious interview chance.

If you are Cat.2 with no sibling, why did you pick Anfield in the first place?

Maybe.  But someone shared in another post that there were 450 applicants to KJS and 250 of them are 'Cat.1'.  Then, where will the 200 remaining go? all to RC and DC? and this is KJS only, what about SJS, BHS?  I think with the ever changing education system in Hong Kong,  there will be more families consider the IS path instead.

又要有好多課外活動去攞CERT
