Hi, I found out ICS requires to pay "debenture", may i know if hv to pay every year? or just once only? and it 's refundable or not? thanks!!!

Debentrue is one off item & you may have the amount stated on the doc back but you don't give enough time of withdrawing from school, there may be admin cost.

I believe most of the debenture system run in this way.

If you have problem to buy the denbenture, you may discuss with the school for alternative way.

If it is not clear, do call the school for details.

BTW, debenture is now only required for Elementary, Middle & Secondary Schools only.
