I know many cases that happened. However, it's not the SCHOOL that determines the acceptance, it's really depending what the child is like and ability, and academic levels.

There are indeed a lot of such cases. It depends on the ability of the student and the policy of individual school.
I know that a lot of local schools in fact like to take international school students or even western students just to broaden their coverage of cultures within the school. Some schools are actually even proud of having non-chinese speaking students in their school. (Odd, but true. That's Hong Kong.)

Agree. So as many many Hong Kong parents are proud of having as much as non-chinese speaking classmates of their children.

if your child under 15 ( I think it is 15 because of free education) and you tell education department that you need to leave IS, they will allocate a school for you.

because all children under 15 needs to go to a school. if you don't let the kid go to A SCHOOL, the government will get you to court.

DBS and La Salle if your son (not for girl) can get in. You can choose French & English Stream.
