I also consider to register my bb to Starts and I live very closed to the school. Could anyone tell me when I should submit my application? My bb born in 2007. I really have no idea if it is too late or too early to look for the school for him.

Really very far away, but have 'direct bus' is very good
then.
You must have make careful consideration before you
choose this school.
So will you go back to ChingYee after deliver him to school or stay in HK side?

Yes,  got public library, book stores, coffee shops in Wanchai., so really easy to spend a morning there.
Another place you can go looklook is Methodist Centre,
many courses to learn there and extremely close to the
Starters School!
