我想小女報考聖方濟各英文小學，請問各位家長知不知小一入學試考甚麼?

其實都唔知考物, 聽我仔仔講中英數都有, 但英文程度一定要好. 考學術野多D.

係呀要做written test,但我囡又係唔肯講考d咩,因為面試個日佢病左,所以佢係補考既,but佢就話最後要見埋校長同用英文答問題

我只係知報名個陣話無筆試,但係英文班d家長同我講都係有paper要做架,其實小博士阿winnie都話要written test既喎,所以我估阿囡話要做paper同見校長應該係correct既

SFA does not use the word "written test", they use
"exercise" instead. My son did 7 pages 2 years
ago. It included Chinese, English and Maths. However,
my friend told me that this year, they had reduced to
2-3 pages with oral Putonghua. I hope it will help.

有筆試考.聽我仔講,好似考二-三張.筆試中有英文listening.聽完再答問題.考完筆試,要行出去前面,有幾個老師,一個問英文,一個問數學,一個問普通話.
仲有.sfa好似鐘意收男仔多過女仔.
我仔好多男同學都考到,反而女仔唔係太多.

SFA do have written test. 中英數普通話, math卷有2 個位加減數. 2007年亦如此, 不過SFA 是不admit佢地有written test, 因教育處講明不可以.
不過, 唔知是不是怕太張揚, 我發現不是所有applicant 都經過written test.
去年, 2個朋友兒子(分別在A及B校讀)考SFA 就有written test, 另一個朋友女(C校)就沒有written, 只是interview + draw a picture.

最後, 反而是那個interview + draw pic 取錄了!!

My daughter took the exam last year and will go to SFA in coming sept.

SFA do have written test, my daughter said she need to
listen a story and then answer the question and also need to draw something.

Then one teacher asked her to read different english sentences each sentence has around 8 words.

Then another teacher asked to read words in mandarin.

At last, they also asked her a question about simple multiplication (not like 2X2, but it is 文字題 like when you go inside a store and there is 5 bag of candy and each bag has 3 candy, so how many candy in total?)

But i heard each children may have different kind of test content.

Nice to meet u. Then, our kids may become classmate.

the examiner did ask for 2 個位加減數 and of course, English question but he said he only needs to answer and don't need to write anything.

Is your kid from Kentville?  I am now waiting for the government lottery,  but most likely she will go to SFA.

My daughter had the written part and she said it is quite difficult.

yes ar. 99% will choose SFA cus my son insists to study SFA even he got LaSalle (but we are not in the Net 41).
