既然現在是中六，可以考慮報英國大學2020 Intake。英國UCAS第一個deadline是 Jan 15, 2020(除左劍橋和牛津已截止申請)。報完，等消息，同時比心機應考DSE。

上網打「UCAS」4個字就出哂，UCAS等於我們香港的JUPAS，大學聯招系統。仲有時間睇和報名，唔好急。

i am headache too as always think she will study in hk but now seems hk is not a good place for kids to concentrate studying, i also have no idea and dont know how to search info, i know via UCAS can apply 5 U and need to write personal statement to them, if get conditional offer, need to take the IETS and then after DSE result released, see if match their requirement. wonder if we can do it our own or via agent. any recommendation for the U as my girl is studying Econ, BAFS in HK and her academic result is only so so, predicted around 20 marks for DSE, i dont want to find the U close to London as there are too many temptations and living standard is high, better in small town. Also may I know if any of you will consider australia? seems the amt we need to spend are same

直接用 DSE 成績報 UCAS，依家仲黎得切。如果驚搞唔掂，搵 Agent 幫你拆掂佢。姨甥女呢個階段應該寫左 JUPAS 嘅 Personal Statement，叫佢望下英國大學有乜科有興趣（睇科目興趣、測考定論文 based、學費、地區），改少少 Personal Statement，再問學校攞 Predicted Grade 同 Reference Letter。

Agent 唔洗錢架（除非你額外要佢幫手搞簽證）！Agent 係向學校收佣，係你學費裡面扣。反正都係教咁多學費，點解唔搵 Agent？

可以同時報埋 IELTS，考左先，反正可以用兩年，唔得可以再考，趁依家 DSE 仲未殺到。

如果報唔切又真的想去，可以考慮gap year 下年再報，多d時間盡備。gap year 可以睇下做d咩，讀d咩充實自己

Gap year 通常唔入大學住，做其他嘢。如果真係趕唔切先考慮，補得切就報，唔使犧牲一年嘛

I share the same problem with you. My boy is in Form 6, studying the same subjects as your girl, Econ & BAFS. His predicted results are also so and so. I intend to send him to the UK for university. How is your UCAS application going on? Have you sent the application yet?

Do you apply on your own or via an agent?
