I also applied Creative, Boxhill and Greenfield.

As KM N1 students are not 100% promoted to K1, parents and kids need to work hard at the very beginning and apply other K1 the other year again for back up, why not study at HKPS from N1 to K3? Though some may think KM is cirriculum is more advanced, but I don't prefer too difficult for kinder kids personally.

火炭樂基同啟思（帝堡城）兩者的口碑相差甚遠. 火炭樂基好的評語多不勝數, 相反啟思（帝堡城）的comment亦很一般. 個人認為係沙田區同類嘅KG很難比美, 除非九龍塘較HEAT嘅嗰幾間N1.
您喜歡啟思是否因為陸趙鈞鴻的教育理念, 但聽聞佢老人家唔係間間都有時間去. 真正好口碑嘅係九龍塘嗰兩間的其中一間.

其實我覺得啟思o係呢個時勢仍堅持「母語教學」的確有guts，再者我同我老公都好怕果d做到課程懶深，又要家長陪讀兼辛苦既學校，所以常標榜「愉快學習」的啟思似乎好似有d保證。
我住沙田，都係聽到唔少人讚樂基好先報名，但係好想知道點樣好？老師有愛心？課程完善？

情況一樣，其實，我填表時填咗英普班，interview 前想改回英中班，但他們說要書面通知更改，唯有以不變應萬變，可以競爭太大，表現不太差都係waiting, 無辦法, 策略性失誤，好彩另一間收咗, 算啦！

其實讀KG都係為將來升小一打好基礎啫, 只要間KG幫得到您實在無可厚非. 我建議可以Check多D資料, 如帝堡城啟思的小一出路如何, 佢的整體配套同九龍塘嗰間有咩唔同. 我見佢哋有好大的poster以陸趙鈞鴻做賣點, 但學校有咩嘅政策使其得以完善進行, 監管又如何呢! 我見網上對其評語一般...可能佢都唔錯, 若非, 放棄火炭樂基實在太可惜啦!
據您所講, 樂基好的評語您都聽得唔少. 而我所重視嘅係佢係教得深, 但教得活, 因為教得生動, 所以令小朋友對其所教的知識感興趣, 但係...佢卻考的淺, 對小朋友不會構成壓力. 佢哋嘅老師好有愛心, 對小朋友照顧好. 佢嘅學校歷史不短, 穩固有效的教學方針及零負面嘅評語, 都可以話係一個credit.

I've received letter.. failed, not waiting list...anyway, I didn't put any hope on it as my daughter didn't talk and answer when she was interviewing, so if you got waiting list, there is a chance to get into it if other mama picks other school.

樂基收左阿女(N1)啦！雖然之前我都同大家一樣好恨入樂基，但由於同間學校有過不愉快既事發生，所以今次收左阿女我反而冇特別開心，不過都覺得幸運既...其實入唔間學校既家長唔駛太過唔開心，我相信有好多學校都好好，我覺得反而揀間要有愛心、識教導好小朋友有良好品德既學校最為緊要，大家一齊加油啦！

Hello! my son is a current K1 student at HKPS (Kowloon Tong). I asked the teacher today while I picked up my son what are the K3 student result of this year, she told me the total number of K3 student this year is 7X and as far as she knows they have the following offers for local primary school (DSS):-
2 boys accepted by DBS
2 girls accepted by DGJS
7 accepted by Wah Ying
2 accepted by SPCC
A few accepted by SFA
and some other offers like KTS, CKY, Good Hope..

You are welcome.
Yes he studied in Playgroup (N) last year and promoted to K1.
He enjoys his school life very much. Since its 小班教學, all the teachers, staffs, 嬸嬸 & the Principal know the student's name.
No homework for N class, K1 (1st Sem) has some simple exercise, 1-2 homeworks per week. For K1 (2nd Sem) I was told by the class teacher that they will start the tracing exercise.

我b有幸被取錄, 但你問我收生準則我到而家都唔清楚, 阿b0801係識答問題, 但同樣識答晒問題既我相信好多大b都做到, 乖巧有禮貌比比皆是, 有d仲唱歌跳舞, 都沒被取錄
我見有媽咪話細b未識講野但完成指令, 老師亦印象深刻, 所以話語能力似乎唔係重點. 其實大家經過多月既面試, 都應該明白呢家野真係3分表現7分運氣, 運氣包括面試時間, 等候時間, 小朋友心情狀態, 老師印象眼緣(呢點真係人夾人), 通通都係我地控制唔到. 至於家長對答, 我覺得上得黎教育王國大家都做足功課, 可以有更好答案, 但相信冇人會答得差. 講到底, 現在只是起步, 黎緊k1/p1仲大壓力, 好學校唔只一間, 要對小朋友有信心. 同埋, 塞翁失馬焉知非福, 我而家收左卻煩緊下午班時間表. 有時係半杯水滿定半杯水空, 視乎自己姐.

Dont get me wrong, I have never said that it is soley because of the school and neglect the efforts of the parents have been put in, I just tried to reply one of the parent's question.

I am satified with their teacher's qualification and language/teaching standard. In my case, I chose Anglo-Chinese for N1 because my boy is a small boy and taking care by Yan Yan, I am afraid he cannot understand what the teacher say (he may not understand English & Mandarin) for the 1st school year. However, after the first year I found he has already adaptable to the school environment so we switched to International stream for K1.

好支持你的講法!!!我朋友女女in時又唱歌又跳舞,全部答對,還是大大b,結果"拒絕信"!另一個同事個女女不唱歌又不回答老師,只拿香蕉咬,結果收了.....唉~~個個小朋友in不同老師,有的老師好主觀,有的老師好客觀,不個小朋友in同一個老師及不同老師in同一個小朋友..結果都可以好唔同!!加上有時我都會唸~~學校考生甘多,忙中有亂,會否有比錯or寫錯信的時候呢??哈哈~~如果會甘又會改變一個小朋友的命運了!!在此替各位喜歡此校的家長開心!!而我???就決定放棄了,因為pm班加上好擔心此校的admin!.....不過除了admin問題我都信佢是一間好好的學校!希望我唔會後悔唔讀佢啦....

The school will provide some flash cards (both Chinese and English) for you to practice at home. About Phonic, they learn since N1 but only with books but no CDs.

上次上phonics parents workshop有錄音帶賣(for n1 class), 無cd, 我屋企都無錄音機, 點播呀? 真係R頭
.....所以無買~

I agree w/ u too. My baby is 0208 (big boy) & admiited. I must say we're lucky. I think he performed just like those who are rejected, much depends on teacher's opinion.
my boy went to interview on 2nd day, I believe nothing related to the day you go.
I applied Victoria as well. I think K1 / P1 is more important.
